Is there a free trial?▼
Yes. You can start a free trial without entering a credit card. The trial gives you access to the full platform so you can import products, set up your store, and test the AI tools before committing to a paid plan.
Does Growpins take a percentage of my sales?▼
Never. Growpins charges a flat monthly or annual subscription. Your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) charges their standard rate, but Growpins adds nothing on top — regardless of how much you sell.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your store stays active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?▼
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next plan. Your existing products remain live and fully functional — nothing is removed or hidden. Upgrading is instant.
Can I switch plans after signing up?▼
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I need technical skills to set up my store?▼
No. The store setup wizard takes about 10 minutes. If you're migrating from Etsy, paste your shop URL and the AI imports and enhances all your listings automatically. No coding, no hosting setup, no DNS configuration required.
Is there a refund policy?▼
We offer a refund within 7 days of your first charge if you're not satisfied. Contact support and we'll process it without question. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?▼
Yes. Annual billing is discounted compared to monthly. The exact saving varies by plan — you can see the annual price by toggling the billing switch above the pricing cards.
