Creator Content License

This license governs content created under the Growpins.ai Creator Partnership Program.

1. Ownership & Grant of Rights

  • •Creator owns all rights to their original work.
  • •Creator grants Growpins.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the content.
  • •License term: stated in your engagement terms when a piece is commissioned.

2. Permitted Uses & Exclusivity

  • •Company may use content for marketing, website, and social media.
  • •Company may edit content for format and length, with Creator approval if edits change meaning.
  • •Creator may continue to use and sell content elsewhere.
  • •Company will not claim exclusivity over the Creator's other works.

3. Credit & Attribution

  • •Company will credit Creator by name or channel handle.
  • •Attribution must appear alongside published content.
  • •If space is limited, a link to the Creator's profile suffices.

4. Revisions & Updates

  • •The number of minor edit rounds is agreed before content is commissioned.
  • •Major revisions require a new agreement or fee agreement.
  • •Creator and Company will agree on revision timelines.

5. Payment Structure

  • •Base Fee: $200 per approved piece of content.
  • •Performance Bonus: unlocked when a piece passes 10,000 views or downloads; the bonus amount is stated in your engagement terms.
  • •Payment Schedule: payments issued monthly once the Creator balance reaches $100.
